Our Certified Project Manager, Mike originally had one appointment in this area. He decided to walk over to this property since he observed some missing shingles and wanted the homeowner to be aware of it. After talking to Glenn, he told Mike he was experiencing a couple issues with his roof but the main issue was that his skylights were leaking which caused damage to his kitchen ceiling. He needed to get his roof fixed as soon as possible. He decided to open up a claim with his insurance company since he had wind damage.

Glenn decided to move forward with ECC because he was very appreciative that Mike went over to his home to help him fix the issue. He doesn't have anymore issues with his roof and he couldn't be any happier. Mike explained to him about ECC's 10 Year Warranty so he knows that if there are any issues in the future to give us a call and we will be right back out to fix the problem.
