I am very pleased with the overall ECC experience. My case included working with my insurance company, and Hugh Rafferty was upfront as to the possibilities of coverage and worked hard to get all that was due to me in my claim.

Hugh Rafferty was professional, compassion, personable and hardworking. He did a great job of explaining the roof products, each phase of the claim and the roofing job. He was available to answer questions and provide updates. It was comforting working with him.
The installation crew started my roofing job on one of hottest days of the summer season. They worked feverishly in a 100+ degree heat index. The job was supposed to take one day, but due to the weather, I understandably, realized it would go into day 2. The onsite foreman kept me informed of their progress, and they returned to complete the job the next day.
The overall clean up process was good. However, as they completed day 1, I feel the cleanup could have been a little bit better. While clearing some of the debris from the front of the house, the workers put said debris in the back of the house, much left across my backyard on the grass. Knowing that that would cause burnout to the grass, due to the hot weather, I had to go out to clean it up and move it to the cement patio. The debris was hot and heavy. I was a little disappointed in that. Nevertheless, after the job was completed, the cleanup, the trash bin, etc was removed as the foreman had said and all was well.
As I reviewed the references given to me by ECC, as well as my neighbors that used your services, I felt comfortable that you all would do a good job.
