Excellent explanation of the work that would be done to fix my roof leak.

I was told the crew would call when they were on their way, yet I did not receive a call and almost missed them.

Crew rearranged five pieces of my deck furniture to get access to the roof. When they finished their work, they neglected to put the furniture back into the approximate former location.
