This customer was referred by a prior customer. She was experiencing leaking, that was doing damage to the interior of the house. When our project manager went out to access the roof, he noticed issues involving the shingles around the chimney. The water damage reached all the way down into the customers basement. After a complete inspection, the project manager noticed that the original roof was in violation of state code and the home had 24 inch rafters and 3/8 plywood.

After targeting all the issues. The homeowner went through her homeowners insurance and now has a new roof that is fully up to code.
