Gerald gave us a call to inquire about a full roof replacement. One of our Sales Manager's went out to his home in Avalon and performed a free, no obligation estimate with Gerald. Upon discussing options Gerald also decided he wanted us to replace his skylights as well.

Work began shortly after the contract was agreed upon and signed. While replacing the skylight one of our workers discovered we were missing an important piece of inside trim for the new skylight. Because of this we had to put the work on hold and acquire the missing piece. We informed Gerald about the problem and to compensate him ECC upgraded his skylight and covered the cost. Gerald was pleasantly surprised and thrilled with the outcome of his home improvement project!
