The Association Manager for Society Hill III called ECC and was interested in getting full roof replacements on majority of the apartments in the community. Our Project Manager, Mike went out and performed an inspection. Mike says that the first impression is such an important thing. He presented Theresa with a reference list and a brief background on ECC's certifications and our history. He continued to perform a full video of the roof inspection explaining all of the current roof issues and what potentially could happen. Mike offered to sit down with the entire board and give a full presentation about ECC with the materials we use and how the roof system is put together. Mike sent over the estimates to Theresa in the time frame that was promised. She had to have a meeting with the entire association to make sure it was okay for them to go with ECC. Theresa sent us over the signed contracts and we were able to schedule her as soon as we could. He let her know that he will be on site to meet with the crew and kick off every project. We were able to complete the two sections of the apartment complex in one day!!
