In 1998, Jim Milsop founded East Coast Contracting (ECC) Roofing & Siding with a very specific mission: to fix a broken industry. Having spent his life on roofs, Jim witnessed the "shady" underbelly of residential construction firsthand—contractors cutting corners on underlayment, disappearing after the final check cleared, and lacking basic respect for the homeowner’s property.
