We ECC first came out to this home we were astonished at the condition. There were gaping holes and the shingles themselves mostly deteriorated. Water was getting inside the home and rotting out the wood structure of the roof. Skylights were damaged and leaking and the gutters were mostly detached. ECC had their work cut out for them.

After completely stripping down the roof we began rebuilding the decking and support structure. We installed Owens Corning Duration series shingles in a beautiful Sedona Canyon color, completely transforming this home and more importantly keeping it safe from the elements. ECC took extra precautions to prevent any kind of leaking by installing a custom water diverter by the chimney and properly flashing and sealing the skylights. ECC did a top-notch job in bringing this home to complete restoration.
