Sales Process
Mandy was AMAZING! Very hands on, very personable. Did a fantastic job of explaining everything.
Our Installation Crew
Didn't have a lot of interaction with them.
The Cleanup Process
We did find a few cigarette butts in our driveway after they left. Took awhile for dumpster to get picked up. But overall no major complaints.
What made you choose our company:
Our neighbor needed a new roof as well, and found ECC through Angie's List. He said Mandy was really great to work with, so we coordinated our roofs to get done around the same time.
