David and his wife received a call from a neighbor stating that during a recent wind storm they had noticed that some of their shingles were lifting up off the roof. David called ECC to inquire about getting the repair done. David did also made sure it was clear to us that he worked out of state and due to traveling around a lot there was a substantial chance that he would not be around for the repairs. David's wife was also very occupied with personal events so they were both concerned about communication.

Our office administrators did ensure the couple that we could still repair the damages and accommodate them both by taking pictures of the damage, the process to fix the shingles, as well as the end results. The replacement shingles were matched to the original and the repair went very smoothly. David and his wife were very impressed with our company's ability to accommodate the couple's schedules.
